  • What payment options do you accept?

    I accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and AmericanExpress® credit cards via PayPal® Express Checkout. If you already have a PayPal account, you can use that during the checkout process. Otherwise, PayPal will give you an option to create an account when you enter your payment information for the order — you do not have to create a PayPal account. The charge will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement as PAYPAL*VINOSDEFRUT.
  • I get a strange message when I try to telephone you.

    If I'm away from home and you telephone me, you might get the following message:

    The magicJack customer you have called is unavailable to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone.
    It's a great service; just leave a message and the magicJack™ servers will send me an email with your message — no matter where I am.
  • When I purchase a plugin download, what support do I get?

    I support each of my commercial plugins via their respective Support Thread and, for registered purchasers, direct email; all errata (both bugs and feature updates) are posted in the plugin's readme.html file that is viewable by clicking the Readme icon in the plugin's information page. Each plugin purchase includes one year of free upgrades.

    The plugin is delivered to you as full PHP code — nothing is ioncubed or otherwise obfuscated. It's your store, after all, and you should have full control over the code that's running it!
